You can take advantage of single online payment for all types of credit cards.

3) delivery
We strive to deliver the products you ordered to the shipping company on the same day. For products that take time to be delivered, the shipping delivery time is 3 business days.We will also inform you in case of possible late delivery.
In order for the product to be delivered without any problems please provide the delivery address clearly. If there is an error in the address that was sent by you and the product was shipped, then forwarding the product to the correct address will be charged by the buyer.
Your orders are processed to be prepared according to the type of delivery you specified at the end of the order. After confirming your order, we will deliver the products from our company’s headquarters in Turkey-Istanbul to the shipping company within 3 working days at the latest.

4) payment tracking
If the payment system cannot make the transaction due to any problem, the client will be informed about this situation on the payment result page.
If any error or lack of address is detected, we will contact you via email, phone number or via WhatsApp to confirm the address.

Please pay attention!

Please open the parcels that you think were damaged during shipment to check it in front of the shipping company official. If it is confirmed that damage has occurred to the product, please do not receive the product until after requesting a report of the damage from the delivery officer coming from the shipping company. After receiving the product, the shipping company is considered to have fulfilled its work in full.
If the product is damaged: please send the report you have prepared with the delivery officer to e-mail Support@merhababookstore.com as soon as possible (maximum 48 hours from the time of receipt).
After that, an application will be submitted to the shipping company and once approved, the product will be re-shipped as soon as possible.

Summary of the refund policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
There are several types of non-returnable products:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable  products

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us. 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.If you need to exchange it for the same product, contact us with return details.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you must mail the product to the company address found on the About Us page.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the fault was our company.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
In the event that the product was not delivered to us due to the shipping company, we are not responsible for a refund.
